Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a medium or large mixing bowl, mix the flour, butter, brown sugar, oats, and cinnamon using your hands or a wooden spoon.
Pour the apple pie filling and caramel sauce into a 10 or 12-inch iron skillet. Sprinkle the brown sugar and oat mixture on top evenly.
Bake the crisp for about 35 minutes or until the filling is bubbling around the edges and the crisp topping has browned.
Let the crisp rest for 20 minutes before serving with ice cream and extra caramel sauce.
