Ingredients 

  • 4 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons ground nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons ground allspice
  • 1 tablespoon ground cloves

Instructions

  • Pour all of the spices into a small or medium bowl. Stir with a whisk or spoon until well mixed.
  • Store in an airtight container or jar at room temperature for up to 6 months.

Notes

  • Grind up some whole spices for a stronger spice blend.
  • This is a bulk recipe, so you have enough for Fall and the Holidays.
