S'Mores Dip

Equipment

  • 1 (6-8 inch) iron skillet

Ingredients 

  • 1 12-ounce bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Pour the semi-sweet chocolate chips into a 6-inch iron skillet. Bake the chocolate chips on the middle rack of the oven for 5 minutes or until they are shiny and melty.
  • Layer the mini marshmallows over the top of the chocolate chips, making sure to cover them completely, and bake for 10-15 more minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown on top.
  • Serve immediately with graham crackers, cookies, or strawberries.
