Two ingredients and ready in less than half an hour… desserts don’t get much easier or tastier than this S’Mores Dip that’s baked in a small, 6-inch skillet and served with graham crackers, cookies, or strawberries.
What are the ingredients for S’mores Dip?

Semi-sweet chocolate chips – I used Nestle Tollhouse Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels.
Mini-marshmallows – I used store-brand mini-marshmallows.
Cookies, graham crackers, and/or strawberries for dipping!
See the recipe card below for the exact measurements and directions for S’Mores Dip.
What kind of kitchen equipment do I need?
You’ll only need a 6-inch iron skillet or a small skillet that you can put in a 350°F oven.
How do I make S’Mores Dip?
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Pour the semi-sweet chocolate chips into a 6-inch iron skillet. Bake the chocolate chips on the middle rack of the oven for 5 minutes or until they are shiny and melty.

Layer the mini marshmallows over the top of the chocolate chips, making sure to cover them completely, and bake for 10-15 more minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown on top.
Serve immediately with graham crackers, cookies, or strawberries.

Are there any substitutes I can make?
You can use milk chocolate or bittersweet chocolate chips.
Chopped chocolate bars can be used instead of chocolate chips.
Try mixing together different types of chocolate chips; white chocolate with semi-sweet chocolate, for example!
You can use large marshmallows, but I think mini-marshmallows are easier to tear apart.

What’s the serving temperature for S’mores Dip?
Hot! You’ll want to serve this dip as soon as it comes out of the oven. Take care handling the iron skillet, and make sure you serve it on a heat-proof surface, pot holder, or a trivet.
Can S’Mores Dip be made ahead of time or stored?
I don’t recommend it. This recipe is best when it is served immediately. The marshmallows will get dry out and you won’t be able to reheat them very well.
Remelting chocolate also won’t yield the same results as when you first melt the chocolate chips.
